Supplier records and compliance

Supplier records connect alert activity to a business relationship, monitoring area, and supporting compliance documents. Open Suppliers, select a supplier, and use its detail sections to review the current record.

Keep supplier records useful

  • Keep the supplier name, supplier code, concession, and province details accurate.
  • Check the supplier’s AOI boundary and RKT blocks; upload or correct the boundary when the map is missing or outdated.
  • Maintain each compliance document’s type, reference details, and expiry date.
  • Review the supplier status and document compliance summary regularly.

Understand document compliance

The compliance view summarizes how many suppliers meet the document requirements and highlights documents that are expired or nearing expiry. A supplier can be non-compliant because required records are missing or expired. Check the supplier’s document list to see which items need attention; update the reference and expiry information after verifying it against the source record.

Review a supplier’s monitoring context

Supplier detail pages bring together AOI area, open alerts, total deforestation, last sync, boundary maps, and recent pipeline activity. Use the supplier’s Alerts, Hotspots, RKT, and Compliance sections to focus the review. If an alert overlaps the supplier, verify the actual boundary and event location before drawing a compliance conclusion.

Keep follow-up clear

Record what needs renewal, boundary correction, or alert review, along with the owner and next action. This helps the next person continue from the supplier record without relying on a separate conversation.
