Workspace basics
DeForsight organizes work around a workspace: the operational boundary for one organization or team. Your workspace contains its users, suppliers, monitored areas, alerts, imagery reviews, documents, and pipeline results.
The main areas
| Area | What you do there |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | See the current monitoring picture and open work |
| Alerts | Find and prioritize detected changes |
| Suppliers | Keep supplier identity, geometry, and compliance context current |
| Pipeline | Run or inspect deeper imagery and change-detection processing |
| Users | Manage workspace accounts and roles |
| Reports | Review summarized findings and recurring hotspots |
Workspace roles
- Admin: manages users and has access to administrative actions.
- Analyst: investigates alerts and can perform analyst review actions.
- Manager: uses the workspace with access determined by the role permissions configured in the product.
The application shows the role assigned to each account. If an action is unavailable, ask an Admin to check your role and workspace access.
A useful daily rhythm
Start with the dashboard, open alerts that need attention, check the supplier boundary and imagery, and leave a concise QC note. Use supplier compliance and reports to follow documents and summarize work across a period.
